Bienvenidos/Welcome!

El Instituto Multi Americano de Cultura (IMAC), apoya la integración de las redes culturales de las Américas.

The Multi American Institute of Culture (IMAC) networks for more integration of culture in the Americas. We support the emerging multi American citizenry with tools that can further enhance an inter-cultural expansion.

We need to know each other better through increased access to our languages (IMAC MULTI-LINGUA), cultural expressions (IMACUS ACTS) and spaces (IMACUS LOCUS). Also, we share our thoughts and real life experiences at our knowledge bank (BANCO IMACUS).

IMACUS is the US branch of IMAC, head quartered in Santiago, Chile.

As a start-up, we focus -for now- on feasible measures but always with the ambition to expand our activities to all of the Americas. At the IMAC-Santiago Center, conferences, seminars and cultural activities are being planned with the intention to revert the stagnant cultural inter-connectivity of our people.

We base our actions on a wide cultural base, where 4 main languages co-exist with hundreds of others. Furthermore, and within 900 million people, the bilingual and trilingual capacity is on the rise and IMAC is currently in the process to become the Americas first lingua certification center. This, of course, involves a close cooperation with the Hemisphere's Universities and Institutes.

The Americas has an enormous deposit of literature and books in its virtual libraries. Our music is -by large- the way we get to know other languages, and our territory invites millions of people to transit through our cultures, expanding our global connectivity. These are a few examples of what is going on in the Americas.

All are welcome to take part of this endevour. We are sure that this journey has just started...
